Our client who are part of a large Financial organisation has an immediate opportunity for someone to come in on a Maternity leave cover and bring some new ideas and some creative to an already weel established team. This position will have two direct reports and will be responsible for drving end to end campaigns.

  • As Senior Marketing Manager, you will work with the National Marketing Manager, Platforms to develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across Wrap Marketing, Product. Corporate Affairs, Digital and Advice Relationships representatives to plan, align and deliver platform marketing activities and solutions and engaging product communications (to licensees, advisers, employers and members).
  • Overlay a customer lens to plan and coordinate marketing and communications activities and events to advisers, licensees and members. You will be expected to continuously be 'looking up and out' of our organisation to find inspiration from our competitors, other industries and global leaders in marketing, communications, digital and customer experience so that you can develop and implement new and innovative marketing and communication strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the business to ensure stakeholders are aware and engaged with the plans and associated implementation.
  • Attend project meetings and represent the Marketing team across adviser and licensee engagement activities, communications and related outcomes.
  • Effective visibility and prioritisation of workload.
  • Compliance with risk management frameworks through the use of agreed sign-off management processes.
  • Understand the key business metrics, operations and business drivers that drive results for your team, Marketing as a whole and your stakeholders.
  • Ensure plans are maintained in line with agreed Marketing processes and provide an accurate reflection of the work we have been asked to do, and have delivered for stakeholders.

    Your skills & experience
  • Risk Mindset
  • 8+ years' experience in financial services marketing or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation and platforms industry and experience in marketing to financial advisers and advice licensees.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with senior business stakeholders and the ability to influence outcomes and agree priorities.
  • Have a continuous improvement mentality, always looking to ways to enhance the experience and results.
  • Strong organisational skills, proven capability to implement initiatives and 'get things done', with excellent attention to detail.
