    The Job Opportunity:

    Reporting to the National IR Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing IR, time & attendance and recruitment teams across Hanwood, Mount Kuring-Gai and Pendle Hill facilities to ensure a consistent approach is maintained
    • Provide robust performance reviews and development dialogue with direct reports to create a high-performance culture
    • Interpret and advise Managers on EA and industrial instruments
    • Supporting the National IR Manager through the negotiation and implementation of EA's, making sure a collaborative approach is maintained and that all legislative requirements are met
    • Advising and leading Managers through employee appraisal and disciplinary processes, including performance management and company-initiated terminations to ensure best possible outcome can be reached
    • Preparation of formal letters and notices
    • Assist with end-to end recruitment and selection process, ensuring that company practices comply with company policies, processes and legislative requirements such as Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination

    The person we are looking for will have previous professional experience in HR and managing IR/ER matters.
