An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Affluent Adviser to join a leading Australian Private Bank. This position will be to service current clients as well as work with existing referral partners to grow the business. You will be dealing with an affluent client base as well as the commercial space.

This role is a rare opportunity to work alongside a strong back office team along with great run around times. The firm's model is set up to provide support to the financial adviser allowing you to focus on meeting clients.

The Role:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Act in customer's best interest and fully understand customers' needs
  • Provide advice to HNW individuals in the commercial and affluent space
  • Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth.
  • Comply with legislative and regulatory frameworks
  • Coach and collaborate with internal referral partners to drive a strong pipeline of referrals
  • Work closely with staff for performance management, development and succession planning

You Will Need:

  • Role is ideal for someone with either 7+ years experience as an adviser
  • Meet FASEA education requirements
  • Experience working with clients with over $500k is preferred
  • Highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks
  • Strong client centric approach
