Currently seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Executive Officer to join a leading educational institute. My client provides a range of educational and training services to medical professionals Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

  • Plan and manage the development, and delivery of the Divisional Written Examinations;
  • Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient and effective performance (including performance management, recruitment, professional development and training, and work planning;)
  • Ensure provision of high-level executive and administrative support for relevant College Examination Committees and other groups as required.;
  • Develop and implement risk management and contingency frameworks including contributing to the evaluations of examinations, and overseeing efficient process management and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Create a team recognised across the College as experts in assessment design and delivery;
  • Develop and implement strategies and solutions to improve efficiency and security;
  • Manage external and internal stakeholder relationships, including internal examination committees, suppliers and external organisations;
  • Manage resources and budget in consultation with the Manager, Assessment and Selection;
  • Contribute to the development of other assessments within the Assessment and Selection group.


About you

In order to be successful for the role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated operational experience in delivering high-stakes tertiary examinations, or similar high-stakes and complex operations management
  • Demonstrated management experience
  • Experience building and leading a high performing teams to deliver outcomes in a complex
    environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and committees
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement projects and leading change
  • Highly developed project management and organisation skills in a high volume work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in checking processes and procedures
  • Understanding of risk management and ability to implement risk management strategies
  • Proven experience in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional client service
  • High level written and oral communication skills, including negotiation skills, and policy/process documentation
  • Awareness of and commitment to implementing and maintaining secure
