Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well-known local Property Development company to seek a highly skilled Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and ensuring that the organisation is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements.
  • Ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Review contracts to identify areas of risk and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure that they meet all contractual obligations.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on contract and compliance matters.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or compliance.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
