Our client is looking for a Senior Communications Advisor to join their busy team. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and implement complex stakeholder engagement strategies that are innovative. If this sounds like you, then APPLY NOW!

About the role:

  • You will lead, manage, and coordinate correspondence, community relations and community engagement programs
  • You will be supervising and coordinating the work of communications officers across the team but setting out workflow, engagement strategies and more
  • You will be providing correspondence, issues management, stakeholder relationship management, public affairs, and media relations
  • You will be providing operational advice to staff on communications issues and strategic
  • You will be developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You ill be providing training, advice and support to staff, consultants, and contractors

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relations and communications
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement
  • You will have experience managing priorities and workloads to ensure critical deadlines and priorities are met
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management experience
