About the role

We are currently recruiting for a creative, capable and adaptable Communications advisor who can assist with a large technology program and support the transition in to a new operating model.

What your duties will include

  • Reporting in to the Change lead for the delivery you will provide the communications support required to successful transition to a new operating model
  • You will work in a team environment and build positive and trusted stakeholder relationships
  • You will use your previous experience to develop communications to support changes to roles and ways of working

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as a communication professional with ability to develop strategic communication plans and approaches
  • Ability to execute plans to support complex transformation programs
  • You will have a demonstrated experience of working within a project delivery context to design, develop and manage communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Proven experience working under multiple deadlines and performing under pressure
  • Experience with implementing new operating models/ organisational structures is essential

    You MUST already have, or be able to, clear Baseline Security clearance and be an Australian Citzen
