A leading financial services enterprise is looking for a Senior Organisational Change Manager to join the Sydney team initially until the end of December 2021.

The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end OCM for complex group-wide operational risk and compliance projects, where you will be hands-on in the delivery of change activities including the editing of complex technical information to deliver user-friendly change communications.

Key Duties:

  • Develop change plans across a portfolio of projects including the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables as well as plans for endorsement
  • Conduct impact assessments of all people, process, business and system changes
  • Identify risks, develop risk mitigation tactics, and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology to facilitate change activities
  • Edit and deliver communications relevant to change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels
  • Define success metrics and measure performance against these
  • Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' hands-on end-to-end change management experience within financial services or a large consulting firm essential
  • Experience across regulatory and risk and compliance change will be highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience with group-wide change in a large complex organisation
  • Strong communication skills
