A leading financial services enterprise is looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join the Sydney team on an initial 6-month contract.

The Change Manager will be responsible for delivering enterprise organisational change to their Procurement risk function. This is part of a large Technology transformation program and is entering into it's second phase with the roll out of new technology systems and business processes.
The role will require someone to implement and roll out change on how procurement track and record how they work with suppliers and for this then to be rolled out to every business unit within the enterprise.

Essential experience required


1) At least five years of Organisational Change
2 )Banking or financial services experience
3) Risk and technology Change
4) String Stakeholder engagement skills
