A leading financial services provider is looking for a Senior Change Manager with more than 6 years' experience to take over the delivery of a large, highly complex change program regarding a business separation.

As the Senior Change Manager, you will develop and deliver structured change frameworks, analyse and complete detailed change impact and risk assessments, and utilise your exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to guarantee this project is a priority across all relevant business units.

Core Duties:

  • Develop and lead the delivery of change management activities
  • Conduct meticulous stakeholder impact and risk analysis.
  • Engage and manage a large number of senior stakeholders across multiple capabilities
  • Work closely with BA's and the delivery team and collaborate with the wider business group
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • 6-10 years' experience developing and delivering large-scale change strategies, experience with separation will be highly regarded.
  • Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated experience working in complex, ambiguous situations
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to move everyone towards the common goal
  • Must have extensive experience conducting detailed stakeholder impact and risk analysis
  • Extensive experience managing large numbers of senior stakeholders across varying capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
