Our client is seeking to engage a Senior Change Manager on a contract until end of December 2022, with potential extension.

Position Overview

Our client is currently looking for a high calibre professional to join team as Change & Transformation Manager, for the ISO20022 Migration Project for Australia and New Zealand offices. Ideally based in Sydney (or Melbourne), you'll provide change management and subject matter expertise to ISO20022 Transformation project supporting operational function/team change and will advocate the change impact to people and process to achieve in-production efficiency and risk reduction through the adoption of the new technology solution to support ISO20022. You will be responsible for the redesign of existing processes and procedures affected by the ISO20022 program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the project Manager for ISO20022 Migration for Australia and New Zealand and lead the change and transformation migration planning to design a clear and coherent vision of the target operating model, the implementation road map and the change management strategy.
  • Managing the existing process re-engineering and develop new processes as required, conduct a gap analysis, design and build process changes/improvements and document.
  • Own the operational readiness and end to end implementation.
  • Ensure all change is tested and rehearsed to ensure all change is firmly embedded and understood by both employees and clients. This includes training, procedures and process documentation.
  • Develop & design testing/rehearsal scenarios and the test plans for related change.
  • Assess technology systems to assess system changes being implemented to accommodate the ISO2022 BAU processes and imply into the change management plan.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Have solid experience and knowledge of SWIFT and the ISO20022 standard and it related functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all stakeholder levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships within the team.
  • Enjoy flexible working to be able to collaborate with colleagues in and outside of the region.
