The Senior Change Analyst is responsible for providing Organisational Change Management support to the Program in a consistent, customer- and team-focused manner. The Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in helping the Program meet business, schedule and budget objectives, with emphasis on the people side of change. The Senior Change Analyst will work with the Program to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilisation and higher proficiency in the changes impacting employees in the organisation such that business results are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own, develop and implement mechanisms to manage the stakeholder engagement requirements of the program
  • Develop relationships, access planning and sprint information and form other means to understand the likely demands of SMEs and business stakeholder engagement with the various program streams
  • Work with program Stream Leads, the Change Lead, the Program Manager and Program Director to establish appropriate channels for communicating about demand and supply for stakeholder input
  • Develop and manage change management deliverables as required including change plans, communication plans, engagement plans, team and stakeholder communications, reports and other materials
  • Plan, implement and coordinate change agent network support to people impacted by the project outcome
  • Identify and proactively manage change risk and issues and develop and implement effective resolutions to minimise resistance and maximise user acceptance and adoption of the change
  • Assist the Program to understand stakeholder needs, thereby supporting other change activities
  • Ensure change management functions are undertaken to a professional standard and in accordance with the Program's organisational change management principles

    Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Organisational Change Programs within a large organisation with multiple business units and functions
  • Evidence of stakeholder change communications and resources for previous Change Programs you have been engaged in
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain change management deliverables including but not limited to change strategies, communication plans, user guides, reports, surveys and training materials
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and writing user-appropriate content for a variety of audiences and media, including newsletter, Internet/ Intranet, etc;
