About the role:

  • You will be responsible for maximising stakeholder engagement through systems and ICT modes.
  • You will be responsible for providing all documentation of analysis, including the evaluation of changes to cultural, organisational structure, policy, and process.
  • You will be working closely with various internal stakeholders to implement improvement strategies and best practice across the business.
  • You will be contributing to the development of business rules, refinements and suggested avenues of system improvements.
  • You will take a leadership position on the curation of state emergency processes and be crucial to the review, analysis, and implementation of action plans.
  • You will be scrutinising the efficient and effective allocation of all assets, including hardware, software, structural, mechanic, and people.

About you:

  • You will have a strong ability utilise advanced modelling techniques including constructing complex data dashboards.
  • You will be required to read or otherwise extract information from complex reporting systems and present the findings in a meaningful and professional manner
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have great negotiation skills with effective and efficient problem-solving analytical capabilities to meet organisational outcomes.
  • You will have strong IT skills with demonstrated experience in software packages such as; Visio, O365 products, and Sharepoint.
