We are currently seeking a Construction Manager Building, based in either Albury, Griffith or Wagga.

Project Overview:
Scope and manage the delivery of Minor Capital Works projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop budget estimates
  • Prepare scopes of works & contract documentation
  • Manage procurement activities
  • Contract administration
  • Site surveillance of to ensure compliance with WH&S, environmental and quality


Required Experience:

  • Trade qualification / Building industry background
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to provide quality customer service
  • Computer skills essential
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.


Additional information:

  • ASAP start
  • Very attractive daily rate
  • National Police Clearance, current WWCC and Valid NSW Drivers Licence required
