The Opportunity
Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a Senior Advisor – Programs and Campaigns for a contract term of 6 months with a well-established NSW Government department. This role will be based in the Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements on offer.

Job Specification
In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review campaign plans and strategies, adopting and implementing appropriate workflows to ensure work remains on target, within budget and meets agreed standards of delivery.
  • Foster and build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders to maintain communication and optimise campaign outcomes
  • Where required by campaign, management of end-to-end production process including: scoping, development of brief and deliverables, organisation of resources and equipment, production planning, relationship management and post-production deliverables (including reporting and analysis).
  • Coordination, logistical planning and end-to-end delivery of campaign related events.
  • Support and contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of communications related tools and content that applies to campaigns.
  • support, encourage and mentor team members to achieve personal and team goals.
  • In consultation with the Lead, Programs and Campaigns, develop an annual work plan that articulates, clarifies and documents the role’s key deliverables and indicators of success over a 12-month period.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:
  • Knowledge of and experience in promotions, advertising, social media and digital marketing, branding, print media, event management and public relations with the ability to optimise communications for individual channels
  • Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake interstate and intrastate travel to meet delivery requirements of campaigns.
  • Currently hold or be willing to obtain a valid clearance to work with Children Clearance (Working with Children Check).
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence (provisional or above)
