Position Purpose
Work in partnership with stakeholders to provide end-to-end Learning and Development services across the business including assessment and evaluation of programs, managing external providers and program governance to deliver to the learning and development framework.
Key Accountabilities
L&D Consultancy & Service Delivery
- Design, develop, deliver and/or procure and facilitate practical, innovative and engaging learning programs and services (standard and bespoke) that align with company strategic goals and build the knowledge and capability of our workforce.
- Safeguard the integrity of the company learning programs by keeping abreast of current research, trends and techniques; and by producing high quality professional learning materials.
- Identify and communicate issues/themes emerging in learning and development programs and development planning; related data and work context, partnering with the relevant stakeholder to support/enable resolution.
- Coordinate, monitor and report on the effectiveness of the L&D Panels, identifying and implementing improvements Manage L&D Panels to ensure on-going alignment of services to Corporate frameworks and ensure best fit when sourcing from the L&D Panel
- Coordinate the end to end process of e-learning and multimedia learning and products to ensure a consistent product that align to the learning governance requirements (messaging and legislative requirements)
- Provide consultancy services and advice on all matters related to learning and development including development planning
- Coordinate and administer internal assessment instruments and/or coaching as required for the 360 evaluation tool; PRINT and others as required
- Partner with relevant teams within the PC Business Unit and across the business in the design and implementation of PC products throughout the corporation
- Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Relationship Managers and Business Managers through designing and facilitating programs or brokering learning and development services and support to the business

- Degree level qualification in a relevant field or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and substantial experience in learning and development
- Knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, course development, implementation, delivery and facilitation, assessment and evaluation of learning programs, including a mix of learning delivery methodologies
- Relevant experience with vocational training system (competency based training and assessment principles and national training packages)
- Considerable experience in providing learning and development tools and programs within a large multidiscipline organisation.
- Relevant experience in initiating, implementing and effectively managing programs/projects
- Considerable experience in building and sustaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Relevant experience working with LMS and E-learning products
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Demonstrated understanding of coaching & facilitation panel requirements and outcomes
- Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining successful business relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Managers, Team Leaders and employees
