Chandler Macleod has partnered with a Government Agency to engage an Senior Administrator. This position is in Macquarie Park, Full-Time for an initial contract until October 2021, with potential for extension.

We are looking for a seasoned administrator to support the reporting manager. You will initially be working from home, however, once restrictions are lifted you will return to the office.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support services to meet operational requirements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of your reporting managers diary and the arrangement of meetings, training and travel requirements to support operational efficiency.
  • Administer procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for goods and services and reconciling and processing invoices for payment to meet operating needs and to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Distribute circulars and all correspondence, including incoming mail and faxes to keep managers and staff informed and enable them to respond to necessary matters within required timeframes.
  • Create and maintain files and documents in compliance with records management procedures to ensure best practice in enabling information to be efficiently tracked, stored and retrieved.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as per your reporting manager


YOU ALSO MUST HAVE:

  • hold a visa to work in Australia - No hour restrictions as full-time role
  • be willing to undergo an Australian Police check
  • be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable to the position
