The Role
Supporting the Senior Claims Team members, Claims and Accounts Manager and Director, you will;

  • provide first point of contact for Provider account enquiries
  • process reconciliations and Provider payments ensuring effective, accurate, compliant, timely outcomes for our clients
  • process accurate and timely payroll and associated obligations
  • ensure cashflow and optimum interest opportunities

About You

  • Must be a qualified bookkeeper with demonstrated proficiency in current bookkeeping practices
  • Demonstrated experience in working autonomously in an appropriate environment, with focus and diligence, delivering high levels of service provision and measurable outcomes for multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of end to end processes of business accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing accurate business processes including financial activities in a relevant environment
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering tasks in a timely, accurate manner with high levels of engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in working flexibly in a similar environment and coordinating a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in using a variety of technology software and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), databases, CRMs, and all aspects of Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational and planning skills

Nice to have's

  • Experience in Claims management and the flow between the NDIS portal and Xero
  • Experience in Disability sector supports and services
  • Understanding NDIS price guide and categories
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or Bookkeeping
  • Active membership to an Accounting or Bookkeeping Association
