Objective of the role:
  • Develop, build, and execute the Performance Marketing and SEO plan for the company.
  • Drive growth in traffic and web audiences inline with channel plans & targets - including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic and Affiliates
  • Evaluate and identify new opportunities to optimise activity which results in customer/ revenue growth and improved media efficiencies
  • Build and drive maturity in the audience and data strategy to effectively engage consumers at the right time, with the right message
  • Responsible for channel performance tracking, analytics and reporting in conjunction with agency partners and Marketing Analytics to measure effectiveness of activity and share actionable insight
  • Manage day to day relationship with agencies, ensuring delivery to agreed scope of work
  • Act as a SME embedding knowledge and expertise across wider marketing department in area of digital acquisition

Desired experience:
  • 5+ years' experience (client preferred) in SEM / SEO for a brand or product ·
  • Experience managing external agencies to meet creative and media objectives.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver fully integrated campaigns
  • Experience in data and analytics to identify target customers, evaluate performance of the program and identify opportunities for development
  • Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and prioritise workload
  • Experience working in an extremely fast paced environment and being able to react to changes quickly and efficiently
  • Strong stakeholder/agency management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Exceptional project management and attention to detail
  • Influencing skills to work with internal stakeholders to implement and advance the digital advertising program
  • Understanding of social tactics including the use of advocates & influencers on how they can support marketing campaigns
  • Experience in budget and forecast management

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in marketing or equivalent discipline (mandatory)
  • Digital experience and an understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital market trends
  • Experience in digital and consumer analytics tools preferred such as (Adobe Analytics and Meltwater)
  • Experience in managing budgets
