We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator/Administrator for an immediate start on behalf our client who is located in Brisbane's Northern suburbs. This opportunity will run for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.

Your duties will include:

  • Planning coordinating and monitoring of production processing an planning of all contract work to ensure optimum customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with ever changing customer requirements.
  • Provide detail of scheduling commitments at daily production/planning meetings
  • Alter production runs daily ensuring operational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication channels with Production and Logistics staff in order to ascertain ongoing production capability

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Experience with scheduling, despatch or freight forwarding
  • Resourceful approach to solving problems
  • Strong planning & organising ability
  • Safety focused
  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Construction or transport planning exposure highly desired
  • Computer literacy and software skills to complete required tasks
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with ever changing customer requirements.
