This large Utilities provider that is currently going through a large Technoloy transformation across their workforce has an immediate requirement for a Business Readiness Analyst.


The Business Readiness Analyst will work with the Senior Change Managers for the Technology Programs and the Business to successfully embed the Technology programs' deliverables and ensure the business is ready, willing and able to support key changes.

Requirements

  • Plan and track all activities and deliverables related to business readiness and workplace transition plan.
  • Assist in delivering and monitoring change elements of these project(s) to maximise business adoption, minimise risks and build change capability within the businesses to achieve business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities with respect to Scrum Teams
  • Identify relevant information to prepare business readiness activity plans
  • Identify relevant change impact information upon which to develop business readiness and workforce transition plans

    Key Deliverables produced:
  • Lessons Learnt Surveys, analysis and recommendations to the business
  • Business Readiness Plans, surveys, checklists, tracker, sign off and process
  • Workforce Transition project plans, checklists, tracker and sign off process.

    Role Requirements:
  • Make decisions which enable business readiness
  • Make decisions which enable workforce transition
  • Listen and ask questions to understand both process and system changes
  • Provides advice and support on business readiness and workforce transition activities
  • Work with the business and provide advice on Go/No Go
  • Understand and enable change impact interventions that align with business readiness and workforce transition plans
