We are looking for a star administration professional to support our clients sales team. You would need to be flexible, available immediately and possess the confidence and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

The hours are full-time Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times between 7:00am-5:00pm are up for offer!

The role requirements include;
  • General administration duties - banking, filing, phone, emails, receipting of payments etc
  • Stock ordering, stock receiving, stock control
  • Scheduling & coordination of installation teams & collection of orders - liaising with customers & collection of final payments.
  • Must be customer focused & team player.
  • Ability to handle a demanding workload & ever changing schedule of installations.
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to use Microsoft products - Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Willing to learn an industry based computer program & learn in general
The salary for the right person would start @ circa 50k plus super with the opportunity for company bonus based on team KPI's
