About the role:

  • Telesales - booking appointments for both prospective and existing clients
  • Attending meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Service reviews with existing clients - what can you do to meet the needs of the client and their business to improve service levels and sales revenues
  • Prospect meetings - what is the client looking for, and how can you meet those needs
  • Quoting and generic tendering for projects of work
  • Updating the system with associated paperwork and correspondence
  • Passing on leads to other members of the team
  • Working towards KPI targets around appointments/meetings booked, and revenue generated from sale of product

About you:

  • You will have experience in either outbound or inbound call centres
  • You will have exposure to working in a sales or a warm upselling capacity
  • You will have previous experience using a database to capture customer information
  • You will be self-motivated and driven to working to KPI sales and activity targets
  • You will be both autonomous to work to personal targets, as well as comfortable working in a busy team and passing on leads where relevant
