Position title: Sales Manager - Hire Engineering Solutions
Contract Estimation Duration: Permanent

Salary / Rate: Up to $165K PA (Neg-DOE)
Purpose of this position:
The client provides "Hire Engineering Solutions" utilizing a specialist team of engineers, designers and technical support personal providing turnkey solutions (i.e. equipment and service) to their customers to meet the needs of their temporary works.
This usually involves one or more of the following; shoring, propping, dewatering, water treatment and/or traffic management. Working across high profile projects, the position of Sales Manager - Engineering Solutions will lead our Product Specialists to drive revenue and growth outcomes within the product portfolio.
General Requirements:
The Sales Manager will manage 11 Product Specialists. We are looking for someone with 5yrs+ Sales Management experience wanting to expand on skillset and look after large team. Most of the time would be spent leading and managing the team and the rest looking after top tier clients.
This role reports into State Manager Engineering Solutions.

  • Develop plans with the technical Product Specialist team to drive product and services revenue opportunities through existing customer portfolios
  • Identify priority product categories with Category Managers
  • Ensure employees have the skills and business tools to prospect for opportunities and engineered solutions
  • Provide strong leadership to the team, drive maximum engagement and sales performance
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our customer base
  • Work with Hire Sales Managers to ensure strategic Account Alignment plans are in place

    Technical Scope:
  • You will need to bring strong sales capability including negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
  • A high degree of commercial acumen including knowledge of pricing structures and business budgets.
  • Delivery of training to both internal and external parties will be required which in turn will require you to gain exceptional knowledge of the relevant customers, products and markets.
