Key purpose of this role:
This team is a moving home service that helps customers find suppliers in their area and arrange services all at once. This service extends to connections for electricity, gas, internet, phone, pay TV, and much more.

This Sales Consultant position is to intended to provide exceptional customer service and solution-based sales to these consumers moving home. In providing exceptional service, this role also ensures the upmost compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements for the benefit of the consumer.

Key accountabilities of this role:
  • Ability to sell a portfolio of home moving products and services, achieving sales KPI's across all.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Ability to work with a number of systems concurrently, varying in complexity and purpose.
  • Display the highest standard of professionalism in dealing with real estate partners and external clients.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required:
  • Customer service, sales or account management skills
  • Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our customers
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work with multiple systems concurrently, proficiency in core Microsoft products
  • Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese highly regarded
  • Are available to work on a rotational roster between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm & some Saturdays between 8am - 1pm
