Job Title: Sales and Marketing Training Coordinator
Contract Type: Temporary - with a view to permanent depending on success of the Interactive Training Program
Work days: 3 days per week (2 WFH days, 1 in office)
Work hours: 9am - 5pm
Remuneration / Pay rate: $35 per hour
Location of position: Melbourne CBD
Commencement Date: Immediate start

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales and Marketing Training Coordinator to join our highly reputable client based in the CBD.

Our client is a leading independent global body representing the Procurement and Supply profession with a global membership of over 70,000 in 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Interactive Training programs are uploaded correctly onto the CIPS website for registration
  • Liaise with the CIPS marketing team and the Business Solutions Manager to ensure the correct and consistent marketing and promotions of the Interactive Training courses are executed
  • Manage course content briefings and delivery to the CIPS ANZ Course Facilitators
  • Responsible for distribution of all course content as well as undertaking tasks such as scheduling, purchase orders, content delivery and Interactive Training items
  • Manage all delegate and client queries including requirements and expectations
  • Liaise with current and prospective Interactive Training clients to promote the relevant courses, explain content and where appropriate, upsell the Interactive Training courses
  • Performing all administrative tasks including the payment cycle with the CIPS finance team.
  • Effectively managing the Interactive Training Program Tracker / Schedules and the Interactive Training program presentations
  • Provide the Business Solutions and Business Development Manager weekly reports and Interactive Training reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualification or significant experience in business, project management or marketing and sales.
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-related organisation
  • Experience of motivating, developing and managing a team
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify prospects and chase leads
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Ability to deliver formal presentations and write pitch documentation, reports and commercial proposals.
  • Working knowledge of/qualification in procurement and supply is desirable.
  • Knowledge of people development solutions for organisations is advantageous.
  • Experience of business education programmes and professional bodies will be beneficial.
