Chandler Macleod is proud to be partnering with their client in the Brisbane CBD for this incredible opportunity as an Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Officer.

Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Officer role is to generate sales opportunities by making outbound phone and email contact with existing and prospective customers. The role will involve selling transcripts to those involved in court proceedings, including quote generation. You will also be responsible for making outbound contact with customers designed to generate interest in other client products and services. These leads will be passed onto the clients sales team.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Making outbound sales phone calls based on agreed scripts and campaigns
  • Booking in meetings with SalesPeople
  • Conduct customer health checks
  • Retention of QLD Civil parties
  • Increase Federal transcript sales
  • Increase Real-time transcript sales
  • Generate interest in other client products including but not limited to MobileMicPro, CapturePro, Lexel, NetSCribe, and others

To be successful in your application for this position you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Similar experience in a sales environment will be highly regarded
  • Enjoy and comfortable making phone calls
  • Highly driven by success and KPIs
  • Not afraid of rejection
  • An understanding of the Australian legal system and Client products and services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
