We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Admin for a client of ours based near the Perth Airport. The roles present fantastic opportunity for a 5-months contract.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

The basic Safety Admin responsibilities will be:

  • Weekly and Monthly reporting in Excel/SAP/ PowerPoint (SAP exp. desirable)
  • Basic document control
  • Monitoring Power BI reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting

    The basic admin skills would be:
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Travel coordination
  • Office organisation
  • Stationery and consumables ordering
  • Postage
  • Minutes
  • Diary Management (where required)
  • Ad hoc admin duties
