About the role
We are partnering with a renowned organisation, to secure the services of an experienced professional to perform the role of S44 Supervisor. This is a site based role on an 8:6 roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Promote, lead by example and coach on 100% safety compliance, including hazard ID, field leadership, risk assessments and safety conversations
  • Manage team expectations, direction, performance and behaviours
  • Manage team logistics and planning
  • Manage any incidents, hazards, etc arising from team
  • S44 activities - sign off on PTWs, JHAs, etc
  • Support Project Lead on team direction and planning
  • Problem solve escalated issues with the project team
  • Problem solve and escalate (as required) impacts to costs, schedules, resources to deliver project
  • Motivate and drive positive changes with project team and wider stakeholder group within the warehouse

    To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:
  • Strong people leadership skills - leading and managing performance and delivery
  • Project experience desirable (e.g. understanding costs, budget, schedule)
  • Ability to engage effectively with direct team, peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead change and share change messaging to make changes sustainable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Uses initiative and is a go-getter
  • Experience leading delivery to tight deadlines

    Ideal candidates must also hold the following prerequisites:
  • Provide a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Provide a current Drivers Licence
