Rostering and Support Coordinator

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an experienced Rostering and Support Coordinator. Our client is a well known business providing healthy food options for their customers around Australia.

This role will be a a Permanent Full time opportunity based in the South Eastern Suburbs

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare staffing rosters for contractor shifts
  • reviewing production numbers and call patterns to determine rostering resource requirements for business efficiency
  • Undertake ADI time entries and approvals for whole site
  • Processing, monitoring and reporting of Agency worker hours and time sheets
  • Gather and analyse organisation-wide data sets including, day bag forecasting, portion and quantity forecasting, carry over analysis and trend reporting, monitoring of wastage
  • Interpret data, and analyse results using statistical techniques and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to address trends, issues and areas for continuous system process improvements and capability building strategies through data analysis
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to design, format and produce accurate, timely and comprehensive reports to assist with ongoing quality, business and resource management ensuring information is presented is relevant and accurate
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative insights, trend analysis and other related commentary that represents and supports the reported data and identify process improvement opportunities

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience in rostering and resource management desirable
  • Strong ability and interest in translating data into information; and information into knowledge; including the ability to identify data patterns, trends and linkages
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (use of macro's, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential
  • Analytical and reporting experience with demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis techniques at an intermediate level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build close working relationships, influence others
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant disciplines with a strong analytical focus, desired but not essential
