Labourers and Road Workers needed for road work and maintenance projects in Goulburn NSW for an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension and permanent opportunities for good quality workers.

Those with Demonstrated experience in Civil Construction, Maintenance Projects and the ability to Operate Plant Machinery will be held in high regard. Applicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work.

This position does not require living or/working away from home, will be working on a Monday to Friday basis over a 9 day fortnight (Day shift 7am - 3pm).
This role will involve working full time hours of 8.5hrs per day (76 hours fortnight) for a initial period of 3 months, with potential for extension.

Immediate start is available for successful candidates. An attractive hourly pay rate of $38.45 p/hr is offered + super and including any overtime penalty rates for additional hours of work.

The Successful candidate should have:
  • Relevant OH&S Card (White Card)
  • Willing to obtain Workers on Foot Training (online course)
  • Driver's license with own reliable transport
  • Traffic control tickets or willing to obtain.
  • Current, up to date Resume ready to submit.

Extra skills in the following are desirable but not essential:
  • HR Truck Licence
  • Civil experience: pipe laying, machine operating and spotting,
  • Construction and maintenance of roads and associated assets
  • Experience operating power tools
  • Experience in traffic control
