POSITION SUMMARY

▪ The Shared Services division incorporates Client Set Up, Invoicing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Collections, and is one of the most critical functions of the company although often the least publicised. The people and services provided by this group are quiet achievers who deliver important financial services which significantly impact the overall performance of the company. Good people, processes and structure is the key to the success of our Shared Services team.
▪ The Resolutions Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of the credit/re-bill process in FastTrack V9 & FT360. Additional responsibilities of this role include the co-ordination and timely delivery of customer focussed services; with respect to the credit re-bill procedures.
▪ The Resolutions Officer will be required to job share the credit re-bill process as well as investigate and report on root cause analysis of errors. This will also entail contacting clients, candidates and internal staff. The Resolutions team heavily relies on the ability to build internal relationships with our branches, as well as other teams within Shared Services.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
▪ Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail being priority
▪ Extensive experience within FastTrack and/or FT360 pay/bill procedures (or similar in another system)
▪ Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office products
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Willingness to work as part of a team but also able to work autonomously
Experience or knowledge of finance administration including credit and payroll is a MUST HAVE!

Following the above experience the successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal communication skills, realise the importance of attention to detail and can work effectively within a team environment. Within our team we're looking for people who are enthusiastic, team players and motivated.

These roles are Permanent, full time opportunity availability Monday to Friday. We are seeking candidates that would be flexible to work between 8am and 5pm. Please also note you will have to work all Victorian Public Holidays and will be entitled to have public holidays off if they are National Public Holidays. You will only ever work an 8 hour shift during that spread of hours.

We are looking for a candidates for an ASAP start however we can also work with notice periods.

You must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be considered for this role.

Whilst the team is currently working from home, the expectation will be to revert to a Hybrid working model when possible.

Full training will be provided.
