Chandler Macleod is working with a company who currently have an employment opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to start as soon as possible, for a 8 month contract located in Perth CBD.

The purpose of this position is to provide research and analysis and to ensure that the data is accurate.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supports the building and implementing of a pragmatic, effective process for workforce planning data collection and reporting that highlights trends and enables the development of business and corporate workforce planning initiatives/actions
  • Support the ongoing improvements, enhancements and techniques required following implementation and review of the workforce planning framework
  • Coordinate the review of workforce profiles and trends to achieve optimal staffing, productivity and efficiency outcomes
  • Tracking and reporting on workforce planning activities and initiatives, as well as identification of key trends that would impact workforce supply & demand.
  • Investigates methods of improving/ increasing automation of the workforce planning reporting process.
  • Participates in planning for and deploying of workforce planning system, tools and process changes following implementation of the initial Workforce Planning framework
  • Responsible for workforce planning system administration duties as needed.




    Skills required:
  • At least 4+ years' demonstrated experience in a workforce planning role - ideally within the utility environment
  • Experience in interrogating multiple data sources (including data warehouses) to source data for reports
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement reporting templates that meet business needs
  • Sound data analysis, modelling, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Experience in project management principles and application (Desirable)
  • Valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'
