Working from home recruitment Advisor role for a large client based in Port Macquarie.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our busy and successful Recruitment team.

The purpose of this position is to contribute to a productive recruitment team by developing stakeholder partnerships. This is a busy role that requires liaising with both clients and candidates daily, therefore your outstanding customer service focus and the ability to juggle competing priorities, handle pressure positively with a proactive attitude, and work well autonomously is essential to truly succeed in this role.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Sound experience working in busy recruitment role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Candidate management including, onboarding, reference checking and post-placement management
  • Customer service including resolving general enquiries and payroll issues
  • Ability to listen to stakeholders needs, provide solutions and execute service orientated strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with others
