Our client is seeking to engage a Recruitment Officer on temporary basis, Full Time Position (11th May until the 9th June).

Client willing to pay for one return flight and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working with Hiring Managers to deliver, design and coordinate high volume and multi-site end to end recruitment, selection, mobilisation and on boarding activities to successfully source and appoint talent in line with the client’s values and culture.
  • Coordinate all end to end recruitment activities across the organisation.
  • Keep employee information packs up to date for potential candidates and new starters.
  • Assist in the identification, development and implementation of attraction, retention and branding strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment related policies and procedures.
Key Capabilities
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources OR related discipline OR demonstrated Experience.
