We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our internal recruitment team, based in Melbourne CBD for an immediate start!

Working as part of a team for a high-profile and busy project, you will have responsibility for assisting with recruitment activities and relevant general administrative tasks. This will include:

  • Assisting with administrative recruitment requirements
  • Completing reference checks
  • Shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and providing updates
  • Logging and tracking recruitment activity
