As a recruitment coordinator within our clients Labour Supply team, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and build casual workforce solutions across the NSW and QLD Coal depots.

You will be responsible for;
  • Engaging flexible labor resources
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
As a potential candidate, you should have experience in;
  • Managing external stakeholders and commercial contract interpretation
  • Negotiation 
  • You should also be able to demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of building successful stakeholder relationships and managing competing priorities.
Ideally, you should have agency labor hire, MSP, Account Management, or recruitment agency background, and exposure to RTO or workforce training will be highly advantageous.

The role requires strong stakeholder management experience and exposure to planning and operational training activities.
