The person we are looking for will be trained on the job in our Newcastle office, learning all aspects of administration and recruitment coordination, working with our team who are highly motivated, results driven, successful and supportive.

The Job Opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
  • Assisting with application processing
  • Providing electronic database management support
  • Providing assistance through employee mobilisations and ensuring process compliance
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
  • Respond to queries email/phone/walk-ins

The Successful Candidate
The role calls for someone who is warm and friendly, with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Using your solid communication skills, you will be able to form working relationships and demonstrate the following qualities:
