Chandler Macleod is once again proud to be partnering with one of our renowned clients to assist them in the recruit of a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Coordinator.

With the influx on new contracts and higher than usual volumes of work, they are needing an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who is comfortable supporting the TA Partners with recruitment admin activities.

Key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Managing candidate interviews
  • Candidate management
  • Providing advice & guidance to internal & external stakeholders
  • Database management
  • Liaising with hiring Managers
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise jobs vacancies
  • Assisting with new starter requirements
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation
  • Providing general HR administrative support

What will you ideally have?

  • Minimum of 12 month's experience in HR Admin/Recruitment role
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work across MS suites- EXCEL and Outlook

Benefits:

  • 3-6 Month contract - high possibility for extension
  • $35-$40/hr + Super
