Chandler Macleod xPO is proud to be working with several highly respected partner clients providing onsite RPO and Contractor Management Office solutions for all contingent/contract and temporary recruitment services. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team as a result of recent growth.

About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager, the role is to support the both onsite and client facing teams in all facets of the service provided and has the following key accountabilities;

  • Ensuring appropriate compliance documentation is obtained for all contractors onsite with any xPO client
  • Manage the set-up of contractors in payroll and provide on-going support to ensure service standards are maintained and contractors pay queries are resolved.
  • Contract generation and understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including payment cycle, superannuation, work cover, insurances etc
  • Action contract extensions, i.e. update all appropriate systems, finance, management companies, third party suppliers, etc
  • Ensure Workplace Health & Safety obligations are met
  • Provide on-going support to Chandler Macleod on-hire employees and the relevant hiring managers.
  • Complete appropriate internal reporting requirements, as required
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties including formatting documents (including resumes)

About the person

  • Highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome professional
  • Extensive previous administration experience, ideally in the recruitment industry
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge, SAP Fieldglass experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to solve problems autonomously and seek assistance and/or draw on additional resources, as and when required
  • Previous experience working in a team and responsible for co-ordinating recruitment administrative activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pro-active and positive attitude to deliver high quality and effective outcomes
  • Ability to work collegiately and collaboratively within a team.
