Chandler Macleod is working with a leading organisation who currently have an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for a temporary 4 month position.

The purpose of this position is to provide a range of recruitment co-ordination and administration services in support of the recruitment process, the recruitment team and hiring managers. Provide advice and support across the business through the effective implementation of recruitment and related policies, processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice to Formal Leaders, internal/external candidates and external suppliers in the companies recruitment and selection process
  • Ensures employment contract documentation is created and distributed as required reflecting approved vacancies in a timely and accurate manor
  • Assist with coordination of entry level program recruitment activities in line with required timelines and standards
  • Provide managers with advice and guidance during the recruitment process
  • Providing timely and accurate recruitment reports
  • Provide effective recruitment support to Recruitment team including coordination of testing, medicals, 457 visa and relocation processes
  • Quality and timely production of other Recruitment projects or tasks as directed
  • Maintaining a high standard of written and verbal communication with all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with other team members and stakeholders
  • Upkeep of Careers page on the companies website

    Skills required:
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support to a busy recruitment / HR or related team is essential
  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects
  • Intermediate in MS Office, excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Experience in delivering high volume recruitment activities is essential
  • Valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'
