As an On-site Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day to day Labour Hire operations of a large, very busy, national client in the FMCG space. The role will require you to work closely with key client stakeholders in supporting best practice Labour Hire account management activities. This includes the management of daily rostering activities, resourcing for and hiring of new employees, overseeing reporting and administration tasks, and ensuring OHS is always front of mind.

Account Management, Candidate Resourcing and Rostering activities for a large, busy client in the FMCG space.

Core responsibilities:

  • Daily roster creation and management for a large workforce
  • Ongoing management of candidate attraction and sourcing activities
  • Ensuring safe work practices are in place as a priority
  • Working with key client stakeholders, including hiring managers and shift managers
  • Process improvement in line with client expectations

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Recruitment / Labour Hire experience would be highly beneficial
  • Strong personal drive, a proactive approach to work, and a consultative and professional nature
  • Excellent rapport building and networking skills
  • Strong administration experience and excellent attention to detail
