An outstanding Permanent, Full time opportunity exists within Chandler Macleod's White collar recruitment division in the South Eastern Suburb of Mulgrave and we are currently seeking an eager and enthusiastic recruitment consultant to join our successful team. Working alongside supportive, like minded professionals you will be tasked with servicing and growing our existing client base.

Your days will be busy and varied as you manage the following duties;

Interviewing/registering candidates
Visiting clients on a regular basis
Writing job advertisements
Reference checks
Business Development
Maintaining relationships with candidates
Working towards set KPIs
Building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Writing candidate reports

The key ingredients to your success are drive and passion. Previous recruitment experience is ideal, however not essential. What we do want to see is experience working in a professional office environment and a demonstrated ability to work towards KPI's and targets.
