Chandler Macleod Staffing Services in Sydney is growing, and we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager to join our family of successful recruiters to support our plans for growth. This a hybrid desk with the opportunity to work on contract and permanent positions in the white-collar space with an established client base of private and public-sector clients across NSW. Salary range of $80k to $90k + super

Your Roles Purpose:
  • Provide end to end Specialist Recruitment Consulting in both temporary and permanent recruitment.
  • Account manage and business development into NSW Government organisations and private sector clients.

Your Duties:
  • Source, screen, interview, assess and appoint top talent in the Sydney and NSW market.
  • Consult with existing clients on effective recruitment; temporary, permanent and flexible recruitment solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and development within your specialist portfolio through effective sales.
  • Account manage an existing portfolio of longstanding customers and candidates.
  • Administration of the recruitment database and ensuring all employee information is compliant.

What we are looking for:
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • At least 2 years previous resourcing/account management experience in either agency or inhouse recruitment.
  • Previous experience of recruitment within NSW Government would be desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
