Seeking expressions of interest from experienced recruitment administrators, officers and resources for numerous recruitment opportunities coming up in the Coffs Harbour region. As the recruiter you will need to understand the full-cycle of recruitment from job brief to sourcing, shortlisting, candidate management, interview process, due diligence, pre-employment checks,release of contract and on-boarding processes.

What you will need to succeed

  • Take job briefs
  • Draft and post adverts (various platforms, including to company website)
  • Support hiring managers to develop relevant interview questions
  • Shortlist, interview, manage and recommend candidates
  • Schedule interviews and associated internal meetings
  • Write selection reports and hiring requests
  • Ensure due diligence (references, medicals, police clearances, confirmation of education etc.) is obtained and recorded
  • Complete any other work to support the recruitment function

To be considered for and successful in this role you will:

  • Offer sound recruitment experience at officer level or higher
  • Be able to take a hiring process from brief through to offer
  • Ideally have both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment experience behind you (not a pre-requisite)
  • Have capability to manage multiple roles on the go
  • Offer excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
