We are currently seeking a highly capable Recruitment Administrator for a 3-month short term assignment to cover a busy spike in recruitment in a fast-paced hybrid working environment.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Booking interviews, medicals & psychometric testing
  • Data entry into internal CRM
  • Police checks
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Work closely with medical professionals
  • Proactively chasing results
  • Onboarding administration & candidate follow up.
  • Sit in on interviews
  • Ad hoc administration support
