Chandler Macleod Adelaide Are seeking Experienced Reception / Sales Administration for our client located in Wingfield.

We operate throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia with our Head Office based in Pendle Hill, NSW. Our Client's primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.

A Permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company a Receptionist / Sales Administration Officer at our Wingfield Facility. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills on all day to day activities.

Key tasks:

Reception duties-taking in bound calls

Contacting Customers for their orders

Data Entry - Keying Customer orders

Other admin duties as required

Critical skills and experience required:

Previous administration experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Computer literate with accurate data entry skills

Attention to detail

Monday to Friday - Hours 8.30am - 4pm approximately
