We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Permanent Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. Your friendly demeanour, professionalism, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and address their inquiries or route them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and industry-specific software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
