Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client based in Sydney CBD for a full time temporary role starting ASAP

The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Meet and greet all guests and employees
  • Delivering effortless guest experiences,
  • Providing friendly, personalised customer service
  • Receive and distribute couriers at front desk
  • Monitor and maintain shared inbox
  • Adhoc administration

    To be suitable for this role you will have
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Reception position
  • Strong organisational and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Professionally/corporately presented
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Warm and friendly demeanour
