On behalf of my client based on Brisbane's bayside, I am currenting seeking a fulltime Reception Administrator.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a bright, witty personality and a willingness to learn. Working Tuesday - Saturday you will be the first point of contact for the customers and clients both face to face and over the phone.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • The first point of contact for customers and clients both over the phone and on site
  • Process payments of services
  • Upsell retail where possible
  • General reception duties
  • Taking bookings and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining general office and spot cleanliness an organisation of stock.

To be the successful candidate for this position you will need to possess the following:

  • Experience within a customer service setting
  • Strong computer skills essential
  • Self-driven and a good attitude
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable to upsell to customers
  • Available to work on Saturday's 8am-1pm
